November 28--The VHS Lady Indians Basketball Team have played two games so far this year in the VHS Tipoff Tournament last week. The Lady Indians are trying to build off of last years teams success.

 

" We have a lot of things to work on, of course at this stage in the game, practice being as short as it is before you play, you have a lot more that you want to do, than you have time to do. We have played ok, we have our shortfalls like our fieldgoal percentage has got to get up, and as far as getting out and playing I think we play hard, but not as hard as we want to play." Coach Reid said.

 

The Lady Indians have three games this week, Montgomery Co on Friday, Atkinson Co and Metter.

 

" We get everybody healthy we would probably start three sophmores, one senior, one junior. We are young, but they got a lot of playing time last year. If we play like we can and improve as we should, I think we can play with anybody in the region." Coach Reid said.
