Indians Complete Perfect Regular Season

Nov 9th---Juan Foster scored four touchdowns and rushed for 129 yards on just 11 carries as the Vidalia Indians rolled over Jeff Davis 56-7 to complete a 10-0 regular season for just the 5th time in school history. The Indians scored on six of their first seven possessions and seven out of eight on the night.

Besides Foster, the Indians got a 59 yard touchdown pass from DJ Mincey to Nic McBride, along with a 65 yard punt return from Tra Hardy for another score to make the score 42-7 at the half. Mincey finished the night 5 for 6 for 145 yards 843 yards on the year through the air. 

The Indians substitutes who played most of the 2nd quarter as well as all of the 3rd and 4th quarters, scored twice in the 4th quarter, including a 5 yard run by Devin Johnson and a 28 yard run by Marqueveious Harris to close out the scoring.

Up next for the Indians is the first round of the GHSA State Play-offs Friday night at the reservation, when they host Westside of Augusta. Kick-off is set for 7:30 at Buck Cravey field and you can hear the game on Your Favorite 98Q.
