Vidalia Trounces Toombs, Will Play For Region Crown

Devin Atkins poured in 32 points to lead the Vidalia Indians to a 94-57 win over rival Toombs County Friday night. The victory puts Vidalia in the 2AA Region Championship game with Long County Saturday night at 8:30pm at Brewton Parker College. Hear the game on 98Q.

The Toombs County Bulldogs were led by Tamond Hampton with 20 points. The Bulldogs will play Appling County Saturday afternoon at 5:30pm for 3rd and 4th seeding in the state playoffs.
