Vidalia Boys Fall, Lady Dogs Edge St. Vincent's

The Vidalia Indians boys suffered their first region loss of the year Tuesday night, as they fell to Long County 70-68 on the road. The Blue Tide scored a layup at the final buzzer to take the win.  Devin Atkins was held to 12 points in the contest. The Indians are now 17-2 overall and 10-1 in the region. Meanwhile, the Lady Indians had no problems winning their game, 47-21.


Deavea Howard hit a 3 pointer with 9 seconds left in the game to lift the Toombs County Lady Bulldogs to a 33-32 win over St. Vincent's Tuesday night. Courtney Wynn was the leading scorer with 9 points.
