January 6-- Congressman John Barrow (GA-12) has announced the schedule for his 2012 Rural Listening Tour.  The 2012 Tour will take place January 9th through January 13 and include open meetings in Evans, Tattnall, Toombs, Candler, Emanuel, Screven, Washington, and Bulloch Counties.  Congressman Barrow will also tour farms and other facilities along the way.

Congressman Barrow schedules this tour so he can hear first-hand from constituents about the concerns and  issues facing rural communities all across Georgia’s 12th District.

“I hope folks stop by,” said Barrow.  “We can talk about what’s been going on in Washington, but most of all I want to hear from them how things are going in their lives.”

All listening meetings on the tour are open to the public.
