Alleged Meth-Maker Arrested

September 9--  A traffic stop in Toombs County led to a drug search and an arrest in Montgomery County this week.

The Toombs County Sheriff's office reports the Georgia State Patrol pulled over 33-year-old Austin Campbell Tuesday morning in Toombs County.  He was charged with driving under the influence and without insurance and registration.

Later a search warrant was issued and a search conducted by drug agents and the Montgomery County Sheriff's office at Campbell's home off Taylor Springs Road in Montgomery County.

Sheriff Clarence Sanders says Campbell is charged with manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine.
