Suspected Thieves Arrested in Vidalia

September 8--  Vidalia police think they have solved a rash of auto break-ins and thefts in various neighborhoods around the city.


Police recovered a wide variety of items they believe were stolen by the alleged thieves.

Officers say they searched a residence at 2102 Ross Way and made four arrests on charges ranging from Entering an Auto, Car Theft and Financial Transaction Card Fraud.

Two adults and two juveniles were arrested.  The adults are identified as 43-year-old Mary Evon Hendrson of the Ross Way address and 21-year-old John Lyndon Moore of 205 Peachtree Street.
