* Submit your event listing via email, NOT as an attachment. 
* Using uppercase & lowercase letters, not ALL CAPS. 
* Include the date & time of your event, the name of your church and the address where the event will be taking place.  
* Send your event listing to us a minimum of 2 weeks before it's set to begin.
* Expect many smiling faces to walk through your door!

April 19--Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 1855 Sawmill Road in Ailey, Bishop A. Tim Chatman & the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Family invite you to their Easter Festivities, Saturday, April 19th at 11AM.  Along with the Easter Program there will be an Egg Hunt and Games.  Youth Pastor, Rev. Teresa Hill Chatman. 
April 19--The Concerned Citizens Coalition invites children up to age 12 to their Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Flossie Hayes Park, end of Roosevelt Street, Saturday, April 19th from 12noon to 2.  Also, prizes, games & refreshments.  If it rains, children can meet at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, 304 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in Vidalia for fun and games.  Chairman of the CCC, Mr. John Raymond Turner.
April 19--Kite First Baptist Church invites all youth to the Praisefast 2014 "Night of Worship" in Swainsboro Auditorium, April 19th at 7PM.  Admission is free.  Open to all ages.  For more info check out the Facebook page. 
April 20--First African Baptist Church in Vidalia, Mt. Zion Bapist & St. Paul A.M.E. invite everyone to a Joint Easter Sunrise Service, April 20th at 6AM.  The speaker is Rev. Melvin Moring of Grant Chapel C.M.E. Church. 
April 20--St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church welcomes everyone to their Sunrise Services, Sunday, April 20th at 7AM.  Pastor, Sylvester Roundtree.

April 20--St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church in Mount Vernon invites you to their Easter Program, Sunday, April 20th at 2PM.
April 21-23--Mt. Calvary Baptist Church of Alston are excited to extend to you an invitation to our annual Youth Revival. The revival will begin, April 21st, 22nd and 23rd @ 7:30 nightly. We will be having different speaker each night.  Your present will be greatly appreciated.
April 21-25--First African Baptist, 206 Martin Luther King Jr Avenue in Vidalia, is having their Annual Spring Revival, April 21st through the 25th at 7:30 each night.  Youth Night is Thursday.  The guest Revivalist is Rev. Arthur Gordon of Macon.
April 23-25--Holy Rock House Of God Church invites you to their Annual Spring Revival, April 23rd through 25th 7:30 nightly.  Speakers include Minister Anthony Durden, Elder Darryl L Thomas and Rev. Alfreddie McLeod.  Pastor, Robert L. Battle.
April 26--Vidalia First United Methodist Church extends an invitation for you to their Annual Pancake Breakfast,  Saturday, April 26th from 7AM to 11. Tickets are $5 each and all proceeds will go towards Second Saturday Serve projects. For more info call 537-3068 (ext. 22) or contact any member of the missions committee.
April 26--United Full Gospel Church in Lyons invites you to a Motorcycle Fundraiser Rally "Ride with Jesus", April 26th with sign in at 9AM. The ride begins at 101 Stuart Ave west.  Food, games, prizes and music.  For more info call Elder Toby at (912) 245-8698 or Ophelia at (478) 299-3061. 
April 27--Calvary's Grace Baptist Church, Hwy 280 just east of Mt Vernon in Ailey, is having Public Safety Appreciation Day, Sunday, April 27th at 10:45AM.  All first responders, including firefighters, law enforcement officers and EMTs will be honored.  Includes a free BBQ lunch after the service.  All children attending get a fire hat, police badge, and the chance to use a fire hose.  Emergency vehicles, including the Air Evan helicopter will be on the grounds.  Come out and show appreciation to those who serve the community.  Pastor, Brian Patrick.

April 27--St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church, 608 Martin Luther King Drive in Mount Vernon, invites you to come celebrate their Church Anniversary, Sunday, April 27th at 11:15AM.  Pastor, Daniel Johnson.
April 27--Poplar Spring Missionary Baptist Church, 422 Vidalia Cedar Crossing Road in Vidalia, invites everyone to their Annual Ladies Day, Sunday, April 27th at 2:30PM.  The speaker is Evangelist Wendy Smith.  Dress is Spring Pastel.  Pastor, Rev. Clarence Thomas. 
April 28-30th--Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 1855 Sawmill Road in Ailey, invites you to their Spring Revival, Monday, April 28th through the 30th at 7:30 each night.  Different speakers each night:  Rev. Teresa Hill Chatman of Mt. Moriah, Rev. Craig Snead of First African Baptist and Rev. Jamie Pittman of St. Luke Baptist.
April 30-May 2--Solomon Tabernacle Baptist Church, 902 Thompson Street Ext. in Vidalia, wants you to come to their Annual Spring Revival, Wednesday, April 30th through Friday, May 2nd at 7:30 each night.
May 3--You're invite to the A.P. District Banquet, May 3rd at 5PM at Chatters Restaurant in Lyons.  Dinner, door prizes and great fellowship!  Dress is semi-formal.  Call by April 19th for tickets, 583-4162 or 538-1448. 
May 4--Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 1855 Sawmill Road in Ailey, is Celebrating their 137th Church Anniversary, Sunday, May 4 at 3PM.  The guest speaker is Rev. Kendrick Mack and the Shiloh Baptist Church family of Gordon.
May 4--Solomon Tabernacle Baptist Church, 902 Thompson Street Ext. in Vidalia, invites you to their 68th Church Anniversary, Sunday, May 4th at 3PM.  The speaker is Rev. Bernard Maddox of Friendship Baptist Church in Americus. 

May 4-7--Center United Methodist Church, at the crossroads of Lyons-Center Road & GA Hwy 15, invites you to come "Refresh, Renew & Revive", Sunday, May 4th at 6PM.  And, Monday May 5th through the 7th at 7PM each night.  Four nights, Two Dynamic Speakers:  Rev. Chris Maxwell of Emmanuel College and author of "Beggers Can be Chosen" & "Changing My Mind".  Pastor Rick Womack of Mountain Gap Church & Director of Missions for Lifepoint Ministries. 
May 24--Mt. Vernon Church Of God is having a Benefit Gospel Sing for The Pickles Family (David & Jennifer), Saturday, May 24th at 6PM. Local talent will be featured.
