Two Accused Free on Bond

May 17--  Two women accused in two different cases of theft by taking are free on bond.

Brandee Iddins is accused of stealing an estimated $41,000 from student activity funds at Vidalia High School where she was employed as a bookkeeper.

In the other case, Paula Leah Jones is charged with taking about $26,000 from the Marvin-Yancey Volunteer Fire Department.

The Toombs County Sheriff's Office reports Iddins was released on $10,000 bond and Jones is out of jail on a $5,000 bond.
