July 2--  Two people on a motorcycle were seriously injured in a Thursday morning wreck in Montgomery County.

County Sheriff Clarence Sanders says the motorcyle and a car collided at an interesection on the Bell Ferry Road south of Mount Vernon.  He says the bikers were air-evacuated while two others were taken by ambulance to Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia.

Names of the injured have not been released, however, Sheriff Sanders says the driver of the car, Leslie Halligan of Toombs County, is facing various charges filed by the Georgia State Patrol.
