Real Time Speed Signs in Vidalia

March 12--  The city of Vidalia has installed real time digital signs on five speed limit signs in the city to slow down speeders.  The speed limit sign shows how fast you should be going while the real time sign has a digital display which shows how fast you actually are going.

ImageThey are installed on Highway 280 West, Loop Road, Adams Street, Morris Street and Estroff Drive.  They cost $3,500 each.
