Mr. Tim Beinke, Vidalia

July 14--Mr. Tim Beinke, age 71 of Vidalia, died Friday, July 11, 2014 in the Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia after a sudden illness.  He was a native of Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until moving to Decatur, Georgia in 1956.  He was a graduate of Decatur High School, and was a U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam.  He retired as an operator after thirty-six years from Edwin I. Hatch Plant, and was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Statesboro. He was a member of American Legion, Post 93, and was President of the U.S.S. Davis Association. For several years, he and his dog Scout faithfully made their weekly visit to the Bethany Nursing Center.

Mr. Beinke is survived by his wife, Bobbie Tebeau of Vidalia; six children, Jeff Beinke and wife Amy of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Dawn Warren and husband Ben of Columbus, North Carolina, Lee Bradley of Conyers, Jon Tebeau and wife Asja of Ponte Verda, Florida, Trent Tebeau and wife Stacy of Great Mills, Maryland, and Taylor Middleton and husband Mike of Vidalia; two sisters, Karen Richey of Lithonia, and Heidi Couch of Decatur; one brother, Hans Beinke of West Chester, Pennsylvania; fifteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held Friday, July 18th at 10:00 a.m. in the Trinity Episcopal Church in Statesboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be given to the Sweet Onion Animal Protection Society, P.O. Box 210, Vidalia GA 30475.

Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home of Vidalia is in charge of arrangements.
