January 21--The #2 Ranked Vidalia Indians beat the Metter Tigers in Metter Tuesday night 90-37.  The Indians led 27-8 after the 1st period, 49-16 at the half and 70-26 after the 3rd period. Four players in double figures for the Indians Dashon Holloway had 16 points, Alton McLeod with 12, Derrick Robinson scored 11 points and Jordan Black with 10 points. Vidalia is 20-0 for the year and 13-0 in the region.

The Vidalia Lady Indians defeated the Metter Lady Tigers 88-33. The Lady Indians started the game with a 11-0 run and led 25-5 after the ist period and 50-19 at halftime. Vidalia went on a 17-0 run in the 3rd period and outscored Metter 25-7 and led 75-26 at the end of the 3rd. The Lady Indians had four players in double figures led by Chynna Hodge with 31 points, Kourtney Owens had 16 points, Regan Norfleet scored 12 and Kardejah Anderson had 10 points. The Lady Indians are 15-5 for the year and 12-0 in the region.

Vidalia will host McIntosh Co Academy Friday for Senior Night starting at 6:00pm.

The Toombs Co Bulldogs lost both games to the Bacon Co Red Raiders at home the Bulldogs losing 67-51. The Lady Raiders beat the Lady Bulldogs by 7 points 59-52. Diamond Boyd scored 21 points in the loss

In Class A the Treutlen Vikings swept the Johnson Co Trojans in Wrightsville, the Vikings winning 87-59. Drew Gillis scored 24 points and Terrance Warren had 23 points for the Vikings who are 13-1 for the year and 6-0 in the region. The Lady Vikings beat the Lady Trojans 72-49. Jasmine Brown scored 25 points and Nesha Blair had 24 points in the win. The Lady Vikings are 9-5 overall and 4-2 in the region.

The Montgomery Co Eagles lost both games against the ECI Bulldogs in Twin City the Eagles losing by one point 68-67. The Lady Eagles losing by eight points 57-49.

In the GISA the RTCA Lady Crusaders defeated the DEA Lady Eagles 32-24 in Stillmore. Sydni Collins scored 17 points for the Lady Crusaders.The RTCA Boys beat the DEA Boys 64-39.
