January 14-- The Vidalia Indians rolled over the Montgomery Co Eagles at home Tuesday night 107-42. The Indians dominated the game early and led 38-10 after the 1st period 68-23 at the half and 97-32 by the end of the 3rd.

Vidalia had four players in double figures in scoring Jordan Black with 23 points, Ramel Thompkins had 16 points, Dashon Holloway with 14 points and Milik Mincey with 13 points. Vidalia is now 17-0 for the year.

The VHS Lady Indians beat the Montgomery Co Lady Eagles 68-44. Vidalia led 38-21 at the half with the Lady Eagles getting to within 12 points of the lead. Vidalia had three players in double figures Trinity Hamm had 16 points, Kourtney Owens with 15 points and Chynna Hodge scored 13 points. Sharanda Johnson scored 15 points for the Lady Eagles in the loss. Vidalia is 12-5 for the season.

The RTCA Crusaders defeated the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles of Brunswick 63-22. Rico Rogers and Toby Upshaw scored 13 points in the first region win for the Crusaders.

The RTCA Lady Crusaders also won their first region game of the year over Heritage 42-15. RTCA led 25-11 at halftime and 38-13 at the end of the 3rd period. Sydni Collins scored 14 points to lead the Lady Crusaders.

In Class A the Treutlen Vikings defeated the Wheeler Co Bulldogs 80-51. The Vikings had three players in double figures Johnathan Madison had 18 points, Drew Gillis scored 14 points and Terrance Warren had 11 points . The Vikings are 10-1 for the year.

The Lady Vikings beat the Lady Bulldogs 51-36. The Lady Vikings are 8-3 for the season.
