Saturday afternoon in Macon, the Crusaders defense held Curtis Baptist to two touchdowns while putting four on the board with two scoring runs by Marion Dingle, one by Drew Todd and a fourth in the final quarter by Rico Rogers.

Crusader Coach Thomas Smith said his defense gave him the confidence to try different things on offense in the 26-14 victory.  He also credited the Crusader's seven seniors with providing the leadership since last summer to build the team that won Saturday.
