VHA Athletic Director Bobby George said, “It was a great day. It took a bit longer than we thought, and we have learned from that, but we had a lot of families and parents that came out to watch so it was just a great first event for us.”

In the high school division first place went to Kaylee Randolph with a score of 82 out of 100. Second place was Kay Martin and third place was Bailey Gilliam. In the middle school Jason Powell took the top spot with a score of 88 and was also the overall winner of the event with the highest score. Second place was Clay Page and Sadie Moser was third place. For the Elementary age group Jonathan Morris was the winner with 84 points. Second place was Hugh Baird and Lydia Sammons took third place.

VHA is in the process of putting together a team that will compete against other schools. Their first competition will be at Bulloch Academy.
