May 10--ImageVHS boys win and advance to the elite 8 with a score of 3-2.

The team worked hard defensively and did a good job with position. This allowed the Indians to work the soccer ball up field and attack.  The Indians go up early in the match with a goal by John Victor Wolf. After a few quick counter attacks from Putnam the Indians find themselves down by a score of 2-1 at half. Patience was the key in the second half as the team kept working the ball forward out shooting Putnam county. With less than 3 minutes left in the match Keeper Dakota Paradice sends up a big free kick and Ben Flamm was able to win it and create a 1v 1 with the keeper that made the difference in the match.

" Saturday we are going to take on GAC and they are going to play a lot of one touch and possesion soccer so we will be prepared with our defense on how we need to play against that style of ball." Coach William Harn said.
