January 17--  We're looking for the owner of this Bluetick girl.  Billy Folsom found her and reports:

"I found a blue tick  hound female on River Bend WMA lower tract. She looks to be about 8-9 months old. She is very skinny and had a GA Bulldog collar on her. She is very friendly and seems to have been a family pet since she seems to get along with other dogs and cats."
